Cross-border payment services for AI products and digital merchants

Stripe rejected your category. We understand what you sell.

Your payment account stays stable as you scale. We don't approve first and freeze later — we review the product, business model, and customers before we approve anything.

WHY TIANCE

Three things that make Tiance different.

An algorithm never read your product page. We do.

Business model, pricing, customer flow — reviewed by a real person before we make any call. Edge cases get a conversation, not a form rejection.

We find the problems before they find you.

Risk, category fit, and edge cases — all reviewed before launch, when there's still time to fix things. Not after your revenue depends on it.

Same person. From approval through everything after.

From first review through go-live, ongoing questions, chargebacks, and disputes — the same person handles it. Not a ticket queue, not a new rep each time.

CAPABILITIES

More than payments: account stability and settlement, handled together.

Everything you need to collect internationally, protect your account, and get paid — without stitching together multiple providers.

Transactions dashboard with filters, export controls, and recent payments

AI usage billing

Credit-based, top-up, and recurring billing for AI tools, SaaS products, and digital access — covering usage credits, prepaid access, and subscription models.

Community payments

Accept payments directly inside Telegram, Discord, or WhatsApp — no redirects, no broken checkout flow.

Checkout and API

Hosted checkout, payment links, WooCommerce, Shopify, or REST API — connect to your stack without rebuilding it.

Chargeback alerts

Early visibility on transactions at risk of dispute — before they become formal chargebacks.

Advance notice on account changes

If your account status needs to change, we reach out before it happens — not after. A person calls, not an automated notification.

Multi-currency settlement

Accept in USD, EUR, GBP, and 20+ currencies including crypto and stablecoins. Funds settle within 7 days of clearance.

PRICING

How pricing works.

Most approved merchants pay between 8% and 15% per transaction, with no setup fee. Your exact rate depends on product category, transaction volume, and payment channel — and is confirmed in writing before activation. A rolling reserve is standard on all accounts. Funds settle T+7 from clearance. Payout currency options are confirmed at onboarding.

Proven in Operation, Before It Was a Product

Tiance did not start as a product built for sale. It began as internal payment infrastructure, built to move money for our own cross-border businesses across multiple markets, currencies, and channels. It was shaped by real transaction volume and the settlement pressure that comes with running live operations — not by a specification written in advance. Only after it held up under those conditions did we open it to AI products, digital products, and cross-border merchants that need collection to simply work.

When the AI boom took off, we watched developer friends run into a wall we already knew. Products rejected. Accounts frozen. No conversation, no appeal. They were building legitimate businesses that mainstream gateways couldn't categorise.

We already had the channels. We opened them up.

That's what Tiance is: a payment integration and merchant support service shaped in real cross-border operations — connecting AI and digital businesses with suitable payment channels after we understand the product, customer experience, and business model.

Payments are processed by our licensed payment service partners. Merchant access depends on their requirements as well as ours.

FAQ

Questions merchants ask before they apply

Stripe, Creem, or PayPal rejected me without even asking questions. Will the same thing happen here?

Auto-rejection is common if you sell AI tools, digital products, or run a community platform — risk systems often decline on category alone, before anyone looks at what you actually sell. We review manually: product, checkout flow, pricing, refund policy, delivery model. That doesn't guarantee approval. It means the decision is based on your business, not a merchant category code.

What exactly do you look at before approving an account?

Your website, checkout flow, target markets, expected volume, payment methods, support process, and dispute exposure — the same information any processor should want before taking you on. We just ask upfront, before a chargeback spike forces the conversation.

I sell AI-generated images or AI writing tools — is that too risky for you?

Not automatically. AI products fall outside standard category codes, which is exactly the gap we work in. We look at your delivery model, refund policy, and how customers actually use the product — not the label on the box.

How long does the review take?

It depends on complexity. A straightforward SaaS subscription clears faster than a multi-market community payment setup. If something in your application needs fixing first, we tell you early instead of leaving you waiting on a decision that was never coming.

Does approval mean I just get a merchant account and that's it?

No — approval is the start. Once you're live, you get hosted checkout, payment links, Shopify and WooCommerce integration, a REST API for custom builds, AI usage billing, community payments, multi-currency settlement, and chargeback alerts.

Can I use this with Shopify or WooCommerce, or do I need to rebuild my checkout?

Both paths work. Already on Shopify or WooCommerce? We integrate with what you have. Need something custom — usage-based billing for an AI product, payments inside a Telegram or Discord community? REST API and payment links cover that too.

My business doesn't fit a normal category code. Is that a problem?

That's most of who we work with. Category codes were never built for AI usage billing, paid Discord communities, or cross-border digital subscriptions — which is usually why a standard processor declines without a real look. We evaluate what the business does, not which code it's supposed to fit.

Am I setting this up myself, or do I work with an actual person?

A real operator, not a support ticket queue. The person who reviews your application stays on through go-live, settlement, disputes, and any account changes after.

What happens if my dispute rate rises or something changes later — will my account just get shut down?

We can't promise nothing ever changes — payment risk moves. What we can promise is how you hear about it: if your dispute rate rises or something needs attention, a person tells you, with time to respond, instead of a frozen account telling you first.
